Abstract :
The aircraft dispatching operation safety is researched with qualitative analysis in the past which can not give each influence factors on the degree of importance. By adopting the idea of quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes all factors that affect its safety, such as personnel, equipment, management factors and environmental factors. A dispatching operation structural model and judgment matrix are constructed. By comparing the importance degree of each index, various weight of affecting factors is obtained. The results show that the staff is the most important aircraft dispatching operation safety factor, the second is management factors and equipment factors, environmental factors affect the minimum.
