Abstract :
In the current military command and control simulation training systems, command and control system and simulation system interact command and control information based on semantic Web services technology architecture. However, the current Semantic Web service is lack of user context description, simulation system cannot effectively, quickly and accurately find their services to meet the requirement, further affecting the semantic Web service composition, ultimately cannot effectively meet the requirement of the simulation system execution. In this paper, we analyzes the shortcomings of existing Semantic Web service description model, extended OWL-S to increase user context description, and establish Semantic Web Service Description model based on command and control interaction user context, build user context structure model which contains User Context Role Layer, User Context Attribute Layer and User Context Content Layer, express Static and dynamic context of the user attributes as unified definition, and make example.
