Abstract :
In this paper, a phase conjugate mixer is designed based on the principle of double balance mirror image rejection mixer. Firstly, the working principle of RF mixing is introduced and the principle of the double balanced image rejection mixer designed in this paper is analyzed in brief. Then, using circuit simulation software ADS to simulate and optimize the design circuit. Finally, the input and output signals of phase conjugate mixer basic reached the conjugate phase, phase difference is about 0.3°, which is a very good simulation result.
