Abstract :
Power system is a complex system which involves a lot of personnel operations and human factors might affect the stability of the system. A considerable amount of human errors occur in electricity industries´ accident. It is of great value to quantify human error probability in power system. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a success likelihood index method (SLIM) based approach incorporating analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to quantify human error probability in power system. Firstly, the performance influencing factors (PIFs) are introduced which are suitable to be used in power systems. Then the dominating PIFs and their corresponding importance weight are determined by AHP. With SLIM process, human error probability is obtained. The evaluation results of case study demonstrate that the proposed approach can be used to quantify human error probability in power system and it is simpler to implement and more realistic.
