Abstract
A new type of silicon steel sheet varnish for a class H machine is developed. This paper presents an analysis of its performance. Application to an electrical machine proves that the varnish has good electrical characteristics, heat-resistance, radiation-resistance, corrosion-resistance and, adhesion etc. The insulation resistance between layers of silicon steel sheet varnish is high and up to 1×106 Ω·cm2. It can be used on class H machine electrical equipment
