Abstract :
The present process-level network switch of smart substation has become an important part of process-level network, and its importance has also been promoted from common network equipment to the height of protective device. However, the present process-level network of smart substation still has the problems which cannot be solved effectively, such as the mutual interference between SMV messages, between SMV and GOOSE messages, and between GOOSE messages, and the over-dependence of process-level network devices on timing network. This paper brings forward that the mutual interference between the messages of process-level network may be solved through the flow control technology based on MAC address, and the over-dependence of process-level network on timing network may be solved by means of realizing time-delay measurement technology on switch, introduces the flow control technology based on MAC address and the time-delay measurement technology, and effectively solves the existing two major problems of process-level network.
