Abstract :
In this paper, a novel Push-Push oscillator array integrating simple coupling circuits is proposed. The proposed push-push oscillator array is composed of push-push oscillators and simple coupling circuits using a HEMT. By using magnetic coupling, the ring resonator of the oscillator and the coupling circuit are connected. The output phase difference of the oscillators can be changed by controlling the phase difference between the input and output reflection coefficients of the coupling circuits. Two-element push-push oscillator array is designed in Ku band. The measured output phase shift between the oscillators is 86 degrees at 14.91 GHz.
