Abstract :
We develop an terahertz receiver using a tapered slot antenna on a thin polymeric substrate for terahertz communications. We demonstrate error-free wireless transmissions at 16 Gbit/s using terahertz receivers with a polymeric thin-film antenna for 300-GHz band thanks to the base-bandwidth-enhanced circuit property.
