Abstract
This study conducted the latest approach in measurement, which is called non-contact measurement. Non-contact measurement harnesses the type of probe to couple signal from the DUT. Because of the couple signal, it may have an unknown effect. And in order to analyze the effect of non-contact measurement to the DUT, an equivalent model with lumped elements is built. The model with lumped elements resemble to the actual measurement in 7 GHz, while the non-contacting probe measuring the coupled signal is different from the effect of the traditional contacting probe measurement. A completely reduction theory to compensate the coupled signal measuring by the non-contacting probe is needed. The result of the restore theory is highly matched to the model with lumped elements.
