  • Abstract
    A numerical technique for estimating the electric field uniformity in a reverberation chamber is presented. The proposed technique is based on a simple Rayleigh fading model in a multipath propagation environment. In conventional statistical techniques that use random normal distribution characteristics, field uniformity is expressed as a function of the number of stirrer positions only. Moreover, the proposed technique can estimate the effects of the operating frequency and chamber size on the field uniformity.
