  • Abstract
    Many newGaN/AlGaN HEMTs products have begun to bloom. On the other hand, the development and improvement of GaN/AlGaN HEMTs has continued. In this paper, we show the current status of GaN HEMTs. We also show two of our new works. The first one is an optimization of a source-field-plate for harmonics control. The second one is an MMICs in Ka-band.
