Abstract :
In this paper, we present a low power, wideband low noise amplifier. Transformer feedback technique is used for input matching and T-type LC network is used for wideband output matching. Moreover, current-reused technique is used to reduce DC power consumption, and DS method is adopted to improve circuit linearity. Finally, with under 3.6 mW DC power consumption, this LNA achieves 10.8 dB peak gain and 6 GHz 3-dB bandwidth at the same time with lowest NF of 4.6 dB. Compared with other references, this design has the lowest DC power consumption and widest bandwidth.
