Abstract
Time-varying cellular neural network is proposed for the morphological image processing and analysis. It has the ability to extract features, describe shapes and recognize patterns. The skeletonization of images, in additional to the four basic binary mathematical morphology operators: dilation, erosion, opening and closing are tested. The tasks template design and computer simulation results are given
