Abstract :
In this paper, an information fusion concept using redundant measurements obtained by high accuracy attitude sensors on a spacecraft is presented. This ensures attitude determination accuracy for the spacecraft by means of information fusion of redundant measurements obtained by different attitude sensors after autonomous failure diagnosis, location and reconfiguration of some attitude sensors, or fail-operation with graceful degradation
