Abstract :
Much of what we read contains nuggets of valuable information. If we make use of concepts and suggestions that speak to us, we will make a difference and discover that teams and organizations do much better with us than without us. During this session, attendees will have an opportunity to add their own titles to this list of sources that have helped this technical communication specialist and business owner find ways to make a positive difference.
