Abstract
By reviewing approaches based on the method of information distribution to calculate fuzzy risk, we suggest two models for studying the reliability of fuzzy risk assessment. In particular, we confirm that a soft histogram estimate can improve a classical histogram estimate in raising 23% work efficiency, and the optimal scheme in reducing disaster based on a possibility-probability risk is more stable
