Abstract :
This paper presents a new methodology to support operation and maintenance planning of electrical distribution systems. New definitions and concepts related with the customer clusters and network topologies are presented, in order to allow the construction of matrices that make a relation between network topology and outage historical data. To illustrate the methodology proposed is showed a system with three voltage level and two clusters that represent a typical structure for a sub-transmission and distribution system in Brazil. The Brazilian Regulatory Rules are taking in account in order to provide a reliability analysis and an evaluating of network performance indexes
