Abstract :
According to the characteristics of land resource spatial information and the need of applications, the technology framework and share of the land resource spatial information grid (LRSIG) are discussed using the space information grid technology. The distribution and integration of spatial information resources, computing resources and service resources help to establish the coordination of spatial information application environment, to integrate the spatial information applications of data, software and hardware resources effectively and to improve the processing, application and service level of spatial information so that effective allocation and rational utilization of the space information source can be realized.
