Abstract :
An un-cooled infrared focal plane array thermal imaging camera (UCIRFPATIC)-Based 10.6 m wavelength and a progressive scan high precision monochrome camera(PSHPMC)-based 1.6 m wavelength real-time pulse infrared laser acquisition, analysis and processing system is developed for the far and near infrared laser energy measuring. And a computationally simple image enhancement technique based self adaptive thresholding technique is presented for the real-time image global contrast and local contrast enhancement. Experiments showed the feasibility of the system.
