To support the development of a technology investment planning process for the Cross-Enterprise Technology Development Program, CETDP, we have been conducting a benchmarking study of industry to identify best practices. This presentation addresses technology planning and portfolio selection based on various methods and best business practices that are applicable for government technology planning
