Abstract :
It is easy to be out of shape and deviation from original location after woven bag with loading. According to the characteristics, a new method is proposed to recognize technology of material bag image based on machine vision. The paper generates and analyzes the depth image of material bag, and the depth value can reflect the distance between material bag and the camera baseline. Through the analysis of experimental data, we obtain the function relationship between the gray value and depth value. It can provide a theoretical basis that the robot recognizes automatically the three-dimensional shape of material bag.
