The Development of a New Chinese Term Organization System

This paper presents the development of a new Chinese organization system (Chinese scientific and technical vocabulary system). The system including knowledge base, management & construction tools, application interface. This paper presents the details of knowledge base from expanding relationships between terms, term attribute and syntactical functional structure type of compound words to concept description. The system will affect both the construction and the application.
