Customer supply reliability and quality assessment by poll investigations

Increasing competition in electricity industry and more and more wide application of electronic devices by industry and household sectors are taking up the importance of delivery reliability and electric energy quality, being the main (but not sole) components of customer supply quality. Nowadays the most of electric energy delivery enterprises give only general guarantees for reliability and qualify of supply. In the paper problems of electric energy delivery quality are presented, with special attention to its perception by customers. Especially prepared questionnaire and results of poll investigations, done for limited sample of customers, are also discussed.
