Abstract :
In order to meet the emergency rescue need in disaster specific period with materials shortage, a multi-objective coverage model on network layout of emergency material repositories is established in this paper. The goals of the network layout are the minimal number of repositories with covering all the demand spots, the maximum cross-coverage of demand spots, and the minimum sum of weighted distance between emergency repositories and demand spots. This made the model realistic and reliability. In order to solve the problem of emergency repositories´ layout by the model, a computer program has been developed on POEM platform and the computer experiment has been done. The example showed the validity of the model and procedures.
