Abstract
The aim of proposed controller is to enable mobile access to small office and home office (SOHO) appliances via WAP and SMS commands. The appliances and sensors can be connected to RS 485 network or to local I/O ports. The software is written in C++ and allows sending and receiving of sort messages through mobile operator SMS center (SMSC) or SMS to E-mail or E-mail to SMS gateways.
