Abstract :
This work deals with the modeling of a chemical reactor on the Chemical Tunisian Group (CTG) factory of “Skhira” based on physical equations. Diversification of phosphate quality has a great effect on the viscosity of the slurry and hence on the level of the reactor, which brings us to model the system to make the appropriate tests. Modeling the tank attack is mainly based on physical laws as well it is accompanied by firstly, regulating level according to a mass balance and secondly, controlling the temperature according to a heat balance. In this case, supervision and control of the process are made through the GUI matlab.
