Abstract :
This paper is devoted to the implementation of a dedicated self control strategy of a delta shaped three-switch three phase inverter (TSTPI) associated with brushless DC motor (BDCM) in Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) devices. The simulation results are carried out in a Matlab Simulink environment using a Xilinx System Generator. A hardware co-simulation operation is implemented in a Xilinx Virtex5 FPGA board to improve the BDCM performances.
