Abstract :
Ontology technologies can improve consistency understanding and intelligent processing of data, information and knowledge of operational plan. In view of the problem which is that construction of operational plan ontology is lack of methods, starting from analyzing the composition and hierarchies of operational plan ontology, this paper puts forward a top-down strategy. On this basis, a top-down strategy-based construction process is proposed, which is consisted of 5 steps including construction of the top-level representation model, creation of class hierarchies, determination of class properties, description of relations between classes, formalized representation. Finally, an example of construction for surface ship operational plan ontology is given to verify that the method proposed in this paper is consultative and of great value for constructing other operational plan ontologies.
