Abstract :
Location management, which is a challenging problem in Internet of Vehicles, is used to track vehicle terminals. The location management of Internet of Vehicles environment is an important part of the system resources management which is responsible for tracking and locating the vehicle terminal and setting up an available connection of vehicle terminal user\´s calling. Then the location management can be divided into two basic operations: location paging and updating. But currently the communication system is mainly use for static location which usually occur "Ping-Pong effect". So we propose the movement-based dynamic location management strategy in location management of vehicle network.
