Abstract :
The aim of the present paper is to evaluate the performance of sensorless high-sliding super-twisting control based on high gain observer by studying the robustness and the limitations of the association observer-control under faulty operation mode of the electric drive. Distinct faulty operating conditions are considered in this study: a single IGBT open-circuit fault, a single phase open-circuit fault,(double failure in power switches in the same inverter leg). Some numeric simulation tests have been performed under healthy and faulty operation mode.
