Abstract :
In this paper, a histogram clustering threshold based on color correction method is proposed for multi-view video coding. To find the maximum matching regions for the reference-view frame and the target view-frame, SAD is performed. By using an iterative histogram clustering threshold, a minimum histogram difference between the reference-view frame and the target-view frame is computed to correct the target-view frame. Experimental results have shown that the proposed color correction method outperforms the other histogram matching method on the aspect of the PSNR and computation time.
