Abstract :
The article in hand deals with a new approach regarding the technique of miniaturization and the improvement of antennas done by the incorporation of metamaterials. We propose a new approach is on improving the frequency characteristics and reduce size of the antenna. This technique is based on the association with this element resonant two split rings resonator. The parameters considered in this work are the resonant frequency, return loss, bandwidth, radiation pattern, gain and the electromagnetic field and the current delivered by the proposed antenna. All simulation results are done by CST software.
