Abstract
This paper considers the guaranteed cost control problem of jump linear system with uncertain parameters and constant time-delay. Sufficient and necessary condition for the system to be mean square quadratic stable (MSQS) is obtained. Using the LMI technique, a method to design an output-feedback guaranteed controller which stabilizes the system in the MSQS sense is developed
