Abstract
In today´s era Heart Rate Variability becomes an significant characteristic to determine the condition of heart. Human Heart generates the electrical signal. ECG is used to detect the heart beat. In this paper we proposed new technique to detect linear as well as non-linear characteristics of HRV of different yoga postures using different methods. In this paper we give the brief survey about the methods which are used to detect HRV patterns such as Fourier, Wavelet, RQA etc. Yoga plays a vital role to control the heart signals there is a relationship between Yoga and HRV we want to investigate such relationship between Yoga and HRV which will definitely enhance the utility of Yoagasanas in therapeutics.
