Abstract :
Summary form only given: In this paper, we study the proportional fairness for MVNO, the investigation is based of equations for the choice the channel and for election conducted user, within a wireless communication network. The goal is to ensure a user´s attention when they need it, and ensure several users a idonea attention. The equations presented here not only analyze user characteristics but also the ideal characteristics of the channel, which will make the data transmitted from point A to point B. To accomplish the study, an analysis of the wireless channel information, technologies and mobile telecommunications network was made. Research is completed with the realization of an analysis of transmission radio channels, including an analysis of algorithms for the transmission of data, which will enable an analysis of the proportional fairness algorithm.
