Abstract
The stabilization of networked control systems (NCSs) with time delay and packet dropout is studied. Based on the working mechanism of zero-order hold (ZOH) in actuator, the NCS is modeled as a control system with input delay. Sufficient conditions for the stability and stabilization of NCS are established by use the Lyapunov theory and time-delay systems theory. Thus, the control problem of NCSs with both time delay and packet dropout is solved effectively. Numerical example shows the effectiveness of the method.
