Abstract :
The performance of traditional congestion control strategy is not very well. We create a multi_larder service rate congestion control (MSRCC) system to improve the adaptability in different network condition. The system has multi_larder service rate to adapt various necessary. In the LEO network, it can improve the throughput ability. And the simulation shows the MSRCC scheme has a better work ability.
