Abstract
The intention of this Guideline is not to go over existing project management protocols but rather to assure how project activities ensure compliance with the SMS throughout a rail project process. It identifies what could limit or prevents the creation or upgrade of a management system from achieving its functional and performance objectives within cost and schedule constraints.
