Abstract
The interest shown in surface magnetostatic waves (SMSV) is due to their practical application. Nowadays various elements and devices are created on the basis of surface magnetostatic waves: tunable filters, nonreciprocal, delay lines and so on. An important property of surface magnetostatic waves is the dependence of their dispersion characteristics on the state of the impedance layer deposited on the surface of the magnetic film. Considering the layer structure HTSC-magnetic films it is possible to define a more accurate definition of the electrodynamics characteristics of granular HTSC media and to consider the possibility of creation of control devices
