Abstract

By using balanced scorecard method of supply chain performance evaluation index system, using rough set theory of performance evaluation system to deduct the sets of index, so we get the targets set, then evaluate and sequence the performances of supply chain, based on information entropy of multi-attribute evaluation methods, in order to reference for decision makers. The empirical analysis proved that the method is effective for supply chain performance evaluation.
