  • Abstract
    A simple method is proposed for representing a polynomial matrix description in a descriptor system form. The realisation preserves the input-output properties of the original polynomial matrix representation. The discussion is based on a generalised concept of the transfer function for dynamic systems which are in polynomial form and not necessarily regular
