Evaluation research on university ideological and political education based on SPA

The ideological and political education is the foundation of fostering talents to the university. Only having the superior ideological and political education, can the university train the outstanding university students and train the outstanding talents who constructs the motherland. Through introducing the connotation´s elaboration and indicator system´s analysis of the ideological and political education in the university, this article proposed to use the set pair analysis to carry on the university ideological and political education appraisal. The set pair analysis not only may carry on the rank analysis of a university, but also may carry on the appraisal to the different university. From this we can obtain the ideological and political education level of every university, which is advantageous to the development of the university ideological and political education.
