  • Abstract
This paper presents a direct torque control (DTC) using Bus clamped SVM (BCSVM). The direct torque control gives more distortion in flux, speed and torque especially during speed or load changing conditions, and also gives more distortion in the current of the induction motor. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the induction motor the Neuro Fuzzy (NF) is used to get the less THD in current as well as lesser distortion in speed, flux and torque. The transient and steady state performance of induction motor using NF based DTC is compared with the conventional DTC.
