Abstract :
From the perspective of general risk pattern and knowledge reuse, project risk management patterns, including project risk passively solving pattern and project risk proactively planning pattern, are proposed. Their application background, structure, advantages and disadvantages are analyzed then. At last an example is taken to point out that the effective project risk management should balance in these two kinds of patterns according to the actual situation, rather than simply take one kind of the patterns. The research of risk pattern is benefit to the team of project to extract and accumulate knowledge about risk management and improve the communication of risk.
