Abstract
The development of the basic aspects of the rigorous reducibility theory for linear time-varying systems (LTVS) with control and observations is presented. A successive method for transformation of those systems to linear time-invariant systems (LTIS) is suggested. Theorems on sufficient conditions for reducibility LTVS including tandem-connected LTVS with control are formulated and proved
