Feasibility study in housing investment

Abstract :
Investing precious capital in construction field a feasibility study is indispensable as other field. And in analyzing feasibility a discounted cash flow method (DCFM) should be used. In this paper, some indexes indicating the soundness of an investment such as present value, IRR, ERR and SIR will be explained briefly. And a model investment scheme will be analyzed using the DCF method and evaluated accordingly.
