Abstract :
Experimental studies of REB transport in transverse magnetic field at gas pressure from 510-5 to 5 10-5 Torr. The beam energy in a pulse were stepped from 300 keV to 150 keV. At low pressure each portion of the beam was transported by the individual cyclotron trajectories. At higher pressures the low energy portion of the beam moved in the channel wich had been formed by the first high-energy beam port ion. A theoretical evaluation of the phenomena is proposed.
