Abstract :
One-stop government construction is a systemic project and its development bases on the realization of the benign interoperability between technological innovation and institutional innovation. The main challenge of technological innovation is from the obstacles of interoperability and intercommunity between different e-government systems. In order to realize the demand of systemic interoperability in e-government, this thesis points out the model of e-government constructive system, discusses the main content of different constructive models and their relationships so that provides the solution of technological innovation for the one-stop government construction.
