Abstract :
This paper presents an imaging Stokes Polarimeter attached to a six-axis robot arm with the capability to sense features and structural differences of a sample under test at different incidence-reflection angles. By using Stokes polarization sensing systems more parameters of the reflected light of a sample can be obtained than a conventional imaging analysis. Explanation of the fundamental principles used and experimental results will be provided.
