Abstract :
In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, The request of enterprise to the professional quality improved day by day, enhance quality of staff training has become an important part of human resource development. Corporate training assessment, not only directly related to the level of performance, but also has the vital significance to the sustainable increase of the enterprise overall human resources development and management. But at this stage, the concern of the training effect and the research of evaluation cycle is still relatively weak. According to the Kikpatrick four-level training model, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining the personnel training requirements and actual of XY Pumped Storage Plant, the author try to build the corresponding core system of training effect, and verify the validity and operability of effect evaluation methods. It provides a scientific criteria for effective implementation of staff training effectiveness evaluation and training of relevant enterprises.
